Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. They glide effortlessly, use less air and hover almost as if by thought. You can achieve this too! During the SSI Perfect Buoyancy course, you’ll learn how to:

• Determine the exact weight you need.
• Trim your weight system and scuba gear so you’re perfectly balanced in the water.
• Hover effortlessly in any position – vertical or horizontal.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age is 10 years old.
• Minimum level of certification SSI Scuba Diver (or equivalent) is required to enrol in this course.
• Review the Medical Statement, which can be found here and if required, get a Diving Medical to ensure you are safe to dive.

Public course fee: $249 per person including GST. Minimum 4 participants.

Private courses are available, price on request.
