Ricketts Point

Ricketts Point Marine Sanctuary in Beaumaris protects a varied stretch of Port Phillip habitat, from intertidal rock platforms to offshore sandstone reefs and seagrass. Divers visit to explore its marine life.

Portsea Pier

At the western end of the Mornington Peninsula, Portsea Pier is known for its underwater structure and nearby seagrass habitat. It remains a useful site to learn about while public pier access is closed for repairs.

The area is associated with weedy seadragons and rays. Any future visit depends on access reopening and a suitable, confirmed diving plan.

Flinders Pier
