Snorkeller is our locally developed introduction to snorkelling for ages eight and over. Build confidence using snorkelling equipment, learn responsible observation and practise the skills needed to explore suitable local waters.

$249 per person including GST. Minimum three participants.

Your training

The current delivery includes theory, pool practice and an open-water snorkel. Develop surface skills and appropriate breath-hold and duck-diving skills with instructor support. Session plans and locations may change for weather, conditions or safety.

Junior Snorkeller: ages 6–7

The Junior pathway sits within this course and is surface focused. Breath-hold and duck-diving skills are optional, not required, for ages six and seven. The price is $249 including GST, with a minimum of three participants. Contact us to discuss a suitable age-appropriate session and participation requirements.

Main course participation: ages 8+

The current main-course water-comfort assessment includes a 200-metre swim, using any stroke without a time limit, and a ten-minute float or tread. Complete the required medical screening and obtain clearance where directed. Contact the team before booking if you are unsure about suitability.

Optional SISOSNK001 pathway

Eligible participants may add the SISOSNK001 pathway for $51, minimum three participants, through the relevant third-party training arrangements. It is an optional additional outcome, not automatically included in the $249 Snorkeller course. Confirm eligibility and assessment arrangements with us before booking.
