Begin your freediving journey with SSI

In the SSI Basic Freediver program, you will learn the skills and knowledge you need to try freediving up to 5 meters deep with an SSI Professional. It is a great way to explore the underwater world more fully as you try freediving.

Essentially the Basic Freediver is the Try Freediving program in the ocean, rather than in the pool.

The entire Basic Freediver program can be credited towards the Freediver Level 1 program within 6 months, so you can take the next step in your freediving adventure.

Prerequisites

To participate in a Basic Freediver program, you must be:

• 10 years old
• Reasonably confident in the water

With a minimum of 2 participants, this course costs: $299.00 per person
