AQUATIC ADVENTURES EXCLUSIVE

Recognise invasive species and understand how they are managed.

Learn about marine invasive species found in Victorian waters, how they spread, the ecological impacts they can cause, and the role trained community participants can play in surveillance and management programs. Training includes identification, biosecurity, reporting and appropriate collection practices.

Developed in-house and available exclusively through Aquatic Adventures. This is an independent training program, rather than a third-party agency certification.

Training includes a theory session and 2 dives.

Physical removal activities are undertaken only where appropriate permits, approvals and project supervision are in place.
